Do NOT under any circumstance take your kids here! This place was a disappointment to say the least, the manager was incredibly rude and disingenuous. After trying to talk to him and asking why a group of 300 people were allowed in with us and some other small groups, he said he would be right back to talk to us as he had to go "handle something". we saw him walk across the golf course to the houses behind the hill and never came back. As for the hill itself, the runs were in less than favorable condition as they were covered with mud, pictured below. We only did 2 and immediately left. In total from lunch and passes for my 2 kids and myself it was $200, total waste. On top of all this, one of their employees who looked to be at least over the age of 18 said over their walkie talkies that the girl in the blue jacket, which was my daughter, "blue jacket girl is hot". She is 11 years old. Will never be coming here again and I hope you won't either, this place is such a dump.

Went for a family day, kids had a blast, it wasn't perfect for adults but lowering expectations made this place enough, ice skating, Unlimited tubing, it b was perfect for the kids, they didn't notice small things adults would, like how uncomfortable ice skates are, the staff were very respectful, I read reviews before I went and after going all those negative reviews are just people with overwhelming expectations of grandeur, this place gave me and my family a fun filled time, no pressure to do anything, sure it was a little muddy, but thats what happens when snow starts to melt, the ice skating rink could've used a prime, but this place is dealing with a few thousand people per day. The kids had a blast, and other places give you a few hour window, for the same price. We'll worth the trip...

The lift was broken the first 40 minutes so the 7 of us including my disabled husband had to walk up the hill to be able to tube, convession stand wasnt open, so had to go to the bar which not impressed with the service from bartender either, anywho was very fun for the tubing. Definitely something fun to do with the kiddos and not to outrageous of prices but 3 hours is plenty of tine to do everything.

My husband and I chose AvalancheXpress for a short getaway. Overall, our experience was very positive. The tubing was an absolute blast and brought lots of laughs and smiles. The restaurant was perfect, and the food and hot cocoa were excellent. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, we did have a disappointing experience at the hotel bar on the night we arrived. There were no visible signs stating β€œNo Outside Drinks.” When we sat down, the bartender sternly told my husband to give him his energy drink my husband had purchased earlier. My husband finished the drink and respectfully handed it to him. The bartender became upset and accused him of being disrespectful, stating that my husband β€œslammed it in his face,” which was not the case. Despite us calmly explaining that there were no signs and that we were unaware of the policy, the bartender said we β€œstarted on a bad start” and asked us to leave the bar very disrespectfully! We reported the incident to the front desk afterward, and the front desk staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She wrote everything down and handled the situation very well, which we truly appreciat

We took a family outing to AvalancheXpress a couple weeks ago on a Saturday morning. We have come here in the past and had a great time, but it seems like this place has gone downhill fast (no pun intended). Let's start with the ticketing process. Our kids had received AvalancheXpress gift cards for Christmas. Although they want you to reserve a spot online, the website does not accept their gift cards. If you want to ensure there's a balance on the gift card, don't try to use the website listed on the back of the card - you'll just get an error page. They also had no way to use the promotional tickets my kids had earned through their school reading program on the website. All this being the case, we had to just show up and hope for the best. When you finish up at the ticket counter, you're timed entry will round down to the previous hour, so don't take too long. Once you accomplish the task of purchasing your entry tickets, the first thing you'll notice is a large combined mound of inflated tubes, deflated tubes, mud-covered tubes, tubes filled with solid blocks of ice, etc. There is no signage to tell you whether you should grab a tube before entering the line and no one direct
